It’s supposed to be about multiplying our effect and impact, not just getting things off our plates. There are things we are really, really good at. We need to let people leverage those things from us. Let them shadow you, learn from you and leverage the skills, talents and mindsets you give them. That way you will create a chain of value and profitability that goes many levels deep in your business.
